This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Expand sales and enhance brand visibility throughout the Upper Mountain West territory.
• Foster enduring relationships with dealers, coaches, athletes, and industry collaborators.
• Identify new opportunities with parks and recreation departments, camps, clubs, high schools, and youth sports organizations.
• Travel within the territory (2–3 trips per month, depending on the season).
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, clinics, and partner events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide bi-weekly sales activity reports and maintain precise lead records.
• Preference for candidates with outside sales experience.
• Background in athletics is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills (in-person, via phone, and email).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
• High energy, driven, and adept at multitasking.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
