This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Take ownership and manage several strategic accounts within a designated business segment and territory, ensuring a personalized, relationship-focused approach.
• Design and execute tailored strategies that cater to the specific needs of each account, fostering revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Be directly responsible for the sales revenue generated in the assigned territory, with a strong emphasis on meeting and surpassing established targets.
• Build and sustain a sales opportunity pipeline that aligns with annual growth objectives.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the specific business segment, keeping up-to-date with market trends, customer demands, and the competitive landscape.
• Forge and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers within strategic accounts to ensure ongoing engagement and loyalty.
• Must be open to domestic and international travel up to 60% of the time.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Committed to the principles of Value Added Selling and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) strategies.
• Capable in time and travel management.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales; experience in technical and/or project sales is preferred.
