This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Propel both primary and secondary sales objectives by prioritizing strategic product placement over sheer volume.
• Discover and integrate high-potential retail outlets.
• Manage the operational effectiveness of Beauty Advisors (BAs), BFF, and LPS channels.
• Guarantee flawless implementation of assortment strategies, merchandising criteria, and tester oversight.
• Track inventory performance to avert stock shortages of essential beauty products.
• Essential experience within the Beauty/Cosmetics industry.
• Candidates from brands such as L’Oréal, Sugar Cosmetics, Nykaa, Lakmé, or other comparable high-end beauty companies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of assortment-based business strategies.
• Capability to analyze sales metrics (including L6M RR).
• Proven track record in managing distributors and influencing counter staff/beauty advisors.
