Territory Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee agents to foster relationships and provide training

• Serve as the subject matter expert on GEICO products

• Convert national initiatives into objectives at the local level

• Evaluate agent performance and facilitate training sessions

• Advise agents and implement disciplinary measures when required

• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations

• Capable of meeting both in person and virtually

• Strong skills in organization and priority management

• Adherence to GEICO's driving standards and policies

• Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of sales or relevant insurance experience
