This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Provide culinary sales assistance to Nestlé’s field sales personnel.
• Foster growth in the volume of Nestlé's renowned brands.
• Highlight the advantages of the Nestlé portfolio through culinary expertise.
• Build robust chef-to-chef relationships with clients and industry collaborators.
• Conduct impactful customer training sessions and demonstrations, featuring recipes and techniques.
• Collaborate with Broker Sales Representatives, Channel Sales Managers, Broker Chefs, and Distributor Sales Representatives to enhance sales at major local operators.
• A Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, food science, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in restaurant or foodservice sales is required.
• At least 4 years of experience in a culinary sales position (broker, distributor, or food manufacturer).
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Awareness of marketplace, channel, industry trends, and competitors.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%, varying based on the candidate's location.
