This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +8 more states.
• The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is tasked with promoting membership growth and enhancing Audigy Medical's footprint across a designated East Coast territory.
• This consultative sales position emphasizes building new partnerships with Otolaryngology (ENT) and Neurotology practices that offer dispensing Audiology services, University/Academic-based Otolaryngology/Audiology departments, and IDN/Health Systems.
• Identify, engage, and nurture potential members by comprehending the operational, financial, and clinical challenges encountered by ENT and Otology practices.
• Position Audigy Medical as a significant partner in assisting practices to improve efficiency, boost financial performance, retain clinical autonomy, and enhance patient care outcomes.
• Discover new business prospects, assess the compatibility of potential members, conduct outreach campaigns, deliver persuasive membership presentations, and guide qualified leads through the sales process.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to implement Audigy Medical's strategic growth objectives and meet territory performance targets.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in solution selling to ENTs/Otolaryngologists/Neurotologists and/or IDN/Health Systems.
• Experience and knowledge in ENT and Audiology is an advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales quotas.
• Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device sector.
• Strong network of relationships with practicing ENTs/Otolaryngologists/Neurotologists and IDN/Health Systems within the specified territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, marketing, or a related field.
• Exceptional presentation skills with a proven ability to present at industry events.
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong business and financial insights.
• Capability to establish and sustain positive working relationships with peers and colleagues across various organizational levels.
• Experience with CRM/database management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.).
• Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% via automobile, airplane, or other means of transportation.
• High-energy, self-driven individual capable of working independently.
• Competitive Pay: Salary range is $85,000–$95,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a $125 monthly cell phone allowance.
• Performance-based incentive plan (no cap) - $50,000 at plan.
