This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Gain knowledge about Victaulic’s offerings and how we can deliver solutions to our clients.
• Familiarize yourself with competitive joining techniques, construction timelines, and stay updated on market developments.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to craft a business plan and sales tactics.
• Execute all stages of project engagement from initial pursuit to post-sale follow-up.
• Establish enduring relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Spend quality time with clients, nurturing relationships through dinners and social gatherings.
• Inform clients about the advantages of Victaulic products and sway decision-makers.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred upon entry!
• Previous sales experience in selling “value-added” products/services; ideally related to the commercial construction sector, PVF industry (pipes, valves, fittings), or mechanical products.
• Proven success in sales along with a track record of developing and maintaining long-term relationships.
• A competitive spirit, demonstrating both adaptability and resilience.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve success with minimal oversight.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, resourcefulness, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, coupled with solid project management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel; certain territories may require more overnight travel than others.
