This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Engage in proactive customer acquisition within the designated territory.

• Represent RRC as a rapidly growing industry leader at trade shows and events.

• Possess a thorough understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and sales potential to drive significant growth.

• Establish enduring relationships with both new and existing customers, maintaining active involvement throughout their design cycle to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Recognize the competitive landscape and communicate market insights effectively.

• Oversee your sales pipeline and enhance conversion rates.

• Offer technical support to customers and channel partners.

• Create regional sales strategies and multi-year demand forecasts.

• Independently negotiate technical and commercial agreements.

• Leverage advanced tools such as CRM and MS Office to achieve optimal efficiency.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related qualification.

• Demonstrated success in a technical consultative sales position or similar roles, such as customer support or service, within a relevant B2B environment.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Strong intrinsic motivation and curiosity, fostering continuous learning and improvement.

• Excellent capacity to analyze and comprehend customer challenges, transforming unique selling propositions into effective solutions.

• A natural inclination to visit customers on-site, with the willingness and capability to travel within your territory, attend national trade shows, and participate in semi-annual meetings at Corporate Headquarters in Homburg, Germany.

• Develop robust, long-lasting customer relationships by collaborating with them, providing technical solutions, and anticipating their needs.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
