This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Create and execute impactful sales strategies
• Assess market trends and customer requirements
• Engage professional technicians to secure business for our distributors
• Collaborate effectively with warehouse distributors
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with key clients
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
• Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Frequently review and evaluate sales reports
• Keep updated on industry trends and emerging product innovations
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Over 4 years of sales experience, ideally in the automotive aftermarket sector
• Understanding of automotive repair shop operations
• Experience with warehouse distributors
• Familiarity with ACES/PIES is advantageous
• Automotive technical expertise, particularly in brakes, is a plus
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel within designated territories is essential
