This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Initiate and spearhead significant contractor conversion sales opportunities.
• Deliver product and technical training to personnel of Contractors and Distributors.
• Share the Resideo narrative at dealer meetings, trade shows, and other industry gatherings.
• Collect competitive intelligence and insights on market trends.
• Conduct "opportunity advancing sales calls" with Contractors and Distributors.
• Identify potential new customers.
• Manage campaigns effectively.
• Provide detailed customer reporting.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• A valid driver's license.
• Sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, or other trades.
• Proficiency in Customer Relations Management (CRM) software.
• A comprehensive understanding of sales principles and best practices.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
• Capability to take initiative and operate with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in influencing at the operational level.
• Ability to influence customers while fostering healthy relationships.
• Extensive experience in selling industrial products.
• Deep technical knowledge.
