This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the woom product range and how it meets the distinct needs of woom’s target audience.
• Develop and implement a territory zone plan, committing to it diligently. You are a road warrior.
• Utilize available resources (such as Google search) to identify potential accounts and create detailed weekly call lists that will help you achieve your KPIs.
• Make at least 25 high-quality calls each week. A quality call is defined as an in-person visit resulting in an order.
• Evaluate prospective customers' current and future needs to recommend suitable woom products and solutions for that retailer.
• Familiarize yourself with retail merchandising and assist your dealers in effectively selling their woom inventory.
• Conduct in-store dealer training, energizing the staff about woom and educating them about the product to enhance positioning and sales.
• Set up accounts for success and ensure that the product sells through effectively.
• Treat your territory as your own business, focusing on increasing the door count by identifying quality retail partners for woom.
• Serve as the initial point of contact and cultivate strong customer relationships.
• Maintain detailed records of all prospecting and sales activities.
• Achieve your new door targets and sales quotas! (Quarterly/Annual targets based on revenue and new door acquisition.)
• Must reside in California.
• Demonstrated experience in Sales, not merely order taking. This involves persuading individuals to make purchases!
• Over 2 years of outbound sales experience, particularly in field-based sales.
• Exceptional time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Competitive, driven, inquisitive, and possess a strong desire to make a positive impact on others.
• Proficient in asking open-ended questions.
• Proven track record of meeting and surpassing goals.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of accounts to secure meetings.
• An action-oriented mindset that is relentless in accomplishing tasks and ensuring customer satisfaction!
