This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drives new business sales by forging robust, consultative partnerships.
• Responsibilities include understanding healthcare trends, market intelligence, and product knowledge.
• Oversee target account lists and manage the sales pipeline.
• Implement a thorough sales process that encompasses marketing strategies and educational seminars.
• Play a key role in sales planning, forecasting, and product development.
• Minimum of 5 years in Voluntary product sales or equivalent experience.
• Proven consultative sales experience is essential.
• Skilled in generating and analyzing reports to improve sales or enhance customer experience.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and make decisions aligned with divisional goals.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain mutually respectful relationships with managers, peers, and clients.
• Proficient in using the complete MS Office Suite.
