This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +2 more states.
• Lead Generation: Initiate consistent outbound efforts to achieve a pipeline coverage of 3–4x through cold outreach, referrals, and local events.
• Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Oversee the complete process from initial discovery and platform demonstrations to proposal creation and securing the first payroll run.
• Sales Targets: Regularly secure 8+ new accounts each month to meet and surpass territorial production goals.
• Referral Networks: Identify and nurture strategic relationships with CPAs, insurance brokers, and banks to establish a reliable flow of warm leads.
• Market Engagement: Actively engage in local industry trade associations and events to enhance the Hourly brand presence within your region.
• Data Integrity: Ensure meticulous CRM maintenance and deliver precise weekly forecasts to leadership.
• Customer Success Collaboration: Partner closely with the onboarding team to guarantee a "white-glove" transition for new clients, aiming for an 85%+ retention rate for integrated accounts.
• Competitive Analysis: Collect field intelligence regarding local competitors and market trends to support Hourly’s go-to-market strategy.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year in B2B field or territory sales, particularly within the payroll, HCM, workers’ compensation, or insurance sectors.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Skills: * Demonstrated "hunter" mentality with a proven record of surpassing new-logo quotas.
• Strong closing abilities and adeptness in navigating short, high-volume sales cycles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex fintech solutions in a straightforward manner.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and contemporary CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.).
• Attributes: Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills; comfortable selling to SMB owners in blue-collar and service-oriented industries.
• Base Salary: $60,000
• First-Year OTE: $120,000 (Base + Commission + Residuals)
• Uncapped Upside: No commission limits; higher performance unlocks elevated tiers.
