This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Achieve the sales and gross profit targets established by the Sales Manager.

• Maintain a high energy level.

• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Cultivate enduring relationships to meet customer needs.

• Capability to work remotely; laptop and cellphone will be provided.

• Regularly engage with established accounts.

• Identify and qualify new accounts.

• Deliver prompt, courteous, and accurate service to customers.

• Stay well-informed about all products, programs, and dealership credit policies.

• Keep in daily communication with major accounts.

• Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor.

• Complete tasks within the allocated budget for travel and entertainment.

• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot any issues.

• Assist in the shop with equipment problems as necessary.

• Provide additional support in various areas as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).

• Direct experience or knowledge in selling trucks is advantageous.

• Experience in the industry is beneficial.

• Mechanical skills and troubleshooting experience are required.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Capability to obtain a CDL B license.

• Excellent verbal and communication abilities.

• Proven success in developing relationships and closing sales, or a strong desire to learn.

• Attention to detail is essential.

• Ability to successfully pass a General Abilities Assessment and a post-offer background check.
