This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Accountable for surpassing new business production and loss ratio objectives
• Oversee Independent Agents to enhance market share
• Advise Independent Agents on promoting National General products
• Establish and nurture a pipeline for new agency appointments
• Partner with Independent Agents to formulate strategic business plans
• Bachelor’s Degree (4 years) preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of experience preferred
• Consultative Selling skills
• Proficiency in Relationship Management
• Experience in Sales Management
• Ability in Strategic Collaboration
• Skills in Territory Management
