This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You will manage a designated client portfolio, fostering long-term, trust-based relationships at management and decision-making levels.
β’ In collaboration with your clients, you will analyze business processes and strategic goals, pinpoint opportunities for cloud migrations, AI applications, and other value-added solutions within the Forterro portfolio, and drive these opportunities to successful completion.
β’ You will formulate comprehensive customer strategies that encourage the utilization of cloud, AI, and cross-sell solutions, thereby sustainably enhancing your clientsβ business success.
β’ During client engagements, you will present innovative solution strategies, facilitate workshops and advisory sessions, and assist in contract and commercial negotiations.
β’ Working closely with Marketing, Services, Customer Success, and Presales, you will coordinate initiatives for customer development and digital transformation.
β’ Through market and competitive analyses, you will identify early opportunities for cloud transformations, AI-enabled business processes, and cross-selling potential, and strategically prioritize them.
β’ You will systematically document your activities in the CRM, generate reliable forecasts, and guide the sustainable growth of your customer relationships.
β’ You possess several years of proven, successful sales experience in the ERP, cloud, or software sectors, ideally with a focus on managing existing accounts.
β’ You have a solid understanding of the challenges and processes faced by manufacturing companies and can provide strategic advice to clients.
β’ You are enthusiastic about topics such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, digitalization, and data-driven business processes, and are adept at effectively communicating their value.
β’ You feel comfortable interacting with decision-makers, showcasing professional presence, negotiation skills, and strong consultative abilities.
β’ You approach your work in a structured, entrepreneurial, and results-driven manner, actively seeking to develop customer potential.
β’ You are well-versed in CRM systems, digital sales tools, and modern collaboration platforms.
β’ You are business-fluent in German and possess good English language skills, along with a willingness to travel, which completes your profile.
