• Drive Territory Growth: Consistently achieve and surpass sales objectives by executing strategic initiatives that enhance revenue growth and fortify Open Farm’s market position.
• Strategic Forecasting & Planning: Create forward-thinking territory plans based on data, insights, and market trends to ensure alignment with organizational goals and long-term growth strategies.
• Effective Budget Stewardship: Oversee budgets related to travel, promotions, and customer engagement, focusing on maximizing ROI and supporting impactful growth initiatives.
• Build Meaningful Partnerships: Foster deep, trust-based relationships with retailers, distributors, and key partners, becoming their preferred resource for driving mutual success.
• Customer Relationship Management: Engage regularly with accounts through store visits and ongoing communication to enhance loyalty and advocacy for the Open Farm brand.
• Empower Through Education: Conduct engaging product and brand training sessions that inspire confidence, deepen product knowledge, and equip partners to effectively champion Open Farm in-store.
• Solutions-Oriented Mindset: Tackle challenges with empathy, urgency, and creativity, collaborating across functions to deliver solutions that improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Expand Our Footprint: Identify and seize new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, relationship building, and strategic networking.
• Champion the Brand: Work alongside marketing and retail partners to implement engaging promotional programs, events, and in-store activations that bring the Open Farm story to life.
• Insights-Driven Performance: Track market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to uncover opportunities and provide actionable insights that guide strategic decisions.
• Integrity in Action: Uphold Open Farm’s values by ensuring all sales and marketing efforts reflect our commitment to ethics, transparency, and excellence.
• 3+ years of experience in sales or territory management; experience in the pet industry is a plus.
• Proven ability to drive growth, exceed targets, and enhance market presence.
• A history of developing and implementing effective sales strategies that yield measurable results and enhance brand impact.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that promote trust, collaboration, and lasting partnerships with customers and colleagues.
• A self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is driven to make a meaningful impact every day.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the capability to balance multiple initiatives while consistently delivering high-quality results.
• A team player who appreciates connection, feedback, and shared success while taking responsibility for individual goals.
