This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Oversee sales initiatives and new business development efforts in the commercial and industrial sectors.
β’ Identify optimal targets for potential opportunities.
β’ Utilize effective strategies for pursuing leads.
β’ Capture new business opportunities.
β’ Establish relationships with new clients, driving sales and revenue growth.
β’ Stay engaged from the initial pursuit phase through proposal preparation to contract award.
β’ Accountable for significant sales and revenue growth within the organization.
β’ Create a sustainable commercial sales and marketing framework.
β’ Formulate corporate marketing strategies.
β’ Support the creation of customer partnership initiatives.
β’ Conduct market and market segmentation analysis.
β’ 6-7 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
β’ A master's degree (MBA or in a technical field) is preferred.
β’ Background in sales or new business development, particularly in engineering services, robotics, automation, manufacturing, and operations.
β’ Experience in implementing professional service business models within high-tech industries.
β’ Strong capabilities in business development, account management, and the sales process.
β’ Proficient in MS Office products is essential.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is advantageous.
