
Territory Sales Manager – Mid Atlantic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Create and implement a detailed sales strategy in partnership with the National and Regional Management Team.
• Collaborate with the National and Regional Manager while working closely with Representative Agencies Sales Teams.
• Design, execute, evaluate, and report on High Efficiency Product Specification, Installation, Repair, and Sales Training Programs.
• Establish, execute, and track sales objectives to guide Representative Agency members in meeting their targets.
• Seek out and engage new business prospects within the territory to enhance market sales and share.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with current customers, distribution branch teams, and contractors.
• Assess training outcomes and results by customer.
• Monitor, evaluate, and disseminate performance metrics to refine improvement plans.
• Investigate and recognize new potential clients and market opportunities.
• Deliver prompt and effective solutions that align with customer needs.
• Work in conjunction with Marketing and Product Development to ensure brand alignment and meet customer expectations.
• Stay informed about new product launches, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Prepare quarterly and annual sales reviews and forecasts.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated history of surpassing sales targets and cultivating long-term relationships.
• Preferred experience with plumbing contractors, construction trades, homebuilders, manufacturers' representatives, and wholesale distribution.
• Proven track record of results and a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present effectively and successfully navigate the negotiation process.
• Proven leadership skills.
• A self-motivated individual with strong independent working abilities.
• Capability to excel and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
• Solid technical knowledge of plumbing and/or mechanical products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and various sales tools.
