This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Oversee the assigned territory to ensure the effective, efficient, and economical utilization of time and Company resources to meet sales targets.
• Perform sales visits to Distributors and all potential users/consumers of Hubbell Killark products.
• Educate Distributor personnel on selling and promoting Hubbell products; oversee Distributor inventory and investments.
• Maintain precise account records (TMS/Electronic TMS).
• Provide sales training, both internal and external, within the District and Region as instructed.
• Deliver formal sales presentations to various audiences, including groups, distributors, and end-users.
• Engage with diverse types of end-users through various communication methods.
• Support distributors and end-users while generating demand for the Company’s product range.
• Foster strong relationships and rapport with distribution partners, end-users, and specification influencers.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a High School Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant industry sales experience.
• Previous sales and/or industry experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Office 365: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, TEAMS, and OneDrive.
• Familiarity with SAP Concur Solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.
