This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Responsible for meeting designated Sales Goals for both new equipment and aftermarket parts within the assigned region.
• Guide the sales projects throughout the complete sales cycle; identifying customers, showcasing the company and its products, devising specific solutions, and preparing quotations leading to contract negotiations and deal closures.
• Engage in extensive travel within the designated coverage area.
• Actively collaborate with GK Industry Directors and Component Sales Managers, while also working alongside GK Engineering and other departments to deliver competitive and precise proposals to customers.
• Utilize outside manufacturer representatives as the primary contact to aid in qualifying leads and cultivating a pipeline of prospects and customers.
• Identify potential GK solutions, equipment, and aftermarket sales opportunities.
• Create well-defined product specifications to ensure the overall design integrity of GK products.
• Continuously assess the market reception of the company’s products regarding quality, pricing, performance, and sustainability.
• Generate reports containing recommendations and findings.
• Conduct Sales presentations and participate in industry-specific trade shows as necessary.
• Supervise and collaborate with team members to consistently enhance the Sales Department's overall functions.
• Maintain weekly communication with the Regional Sales Manager and submit a quarterly regional strategic plan.
• Fully adhere to the Company’s ISO objectives, policies, procedures, and the GK WAY program.
• 3-5 years of experience in capital equipment sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with Vibratory Equipment and a focus on Process Equipment is advantageous.
• Prior experience in corporate/key account management is preferred.
• Capability to read and interpret mechanical drawings; working knowledge of CAD is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
