📋 Description

• Drive Territory Expansion: Consistently achieve and surpass sales objectives by executing strategic initiatives that enhance revenue growth and bolster Open Farm’s market presence.

• Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Create forward-thinking territory plans based on data, insights, and market trends to ensure alignment with company objectives and long-term growth strategies.

• Budget Management: Oversee budgets related to travel, promotions, and customer engagement, focusing on maximizing ROI and supporting impactful growth initiatives.

• Foster Meaningful Partnerships: Develop deep, trust-based relationships with retailers, distributors, and key partners, becoming their primary resource for driving mutual success.

• Customer Engagement: Maintain consistent interactions with accounts through store visits and ongoing communication to enhance loyalty and advocacy for the Open Farm brand.

• Empower Through Training: Conduct engaging product and brand training sessions that inspire confidence, enhance product knowledge, and equip partners to effectively promote Open Farm in-store.

• Solutions-Focused Approach: Tackle challenges with empathy, urgency, and creativity, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver solutions that improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

• Broaden Our Reach: Identify and seize new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, relationship-building, and strategic networking.

• Advocate for the Brand: Work alongside marketing and retail partners to implement engaging promotional programs, events, and in-store activations that bring the Open Farm narrative to life.

• Performance Driven by Insights: Track market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to uncover opportunities and provide actionable insights that guide strategic decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales or territory management; experience in the pet industry is a plus.

• Proven ability to drive growth, exceed targets, and enhance market presence.

• A history of developing and implementing effective sales strategies that yield measurable results and enhance brand impact.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that cultivate trust, collaboration, and long-lasting partnerships with customers and colleagues alike.

• A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact every day.

• Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities, capable of balancing multiple initiatives and consistently delivering high-quality results.

• A team-oriented individual who values connection, feedback, and shared success while taking ownership of personal goals.

• A proactive, positive demeanor accompanied by a genuine passion for pets, the planet, and Open Farm’s purpose-driven mission.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting systems to facilitate data-driven territory management.
