This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Effectively oversee assigned territory accounts primarily in Oregon, aiding the designated sales team in their efforts to increase revenue while professionally representing Cornerstone Building Brands' surface and siding solutions.
• Identify, qualify, sell, support, and nurture an account portfolio.
• Offer both pre-sales and post-sales assistance.
• Execute sales and account management responsibilities to meet and surpass quotas.
• Conduct training sessions for customer account development.
• Identify and reach out to potential customers, develop proposals, and implement company sales strategies.
• Participate in customer trade shows.
• Extensive travel required (up to 75%+).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3 years of demonstrated direct sales experience, ideally within the building products sector.
• In-depth knowledge of the building products industry and sales management experience across dealer, distribution, and/or two-step channels, depending on the brand.
• Strong problem-solving and sales negotiation abilities are essential.
• General understanding of major competitive brands.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in sales planning, budgeting, and T&E expense management.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and negotiation capabilities.
• Proficient in prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Interpersonal and teamwork skills are crucial.
• High level of personal motivation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
