Teamleiter – Service im Außendienst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for leading the service technicians (m/f/d) in the North East region

• Ensuring customer satisfaction from both economic and business perspectives

• Providing support for complex technical issues

• Promoting the personal and professional development of service technicians

• Conducting annual recurring appointments and regular team meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training in heating technology, SHK, or a comparable field, ideally with a master or technician qualification

• Extensive experience in technical customer service, preferably in heating, cooling, or electrical engineering, including leadership experience

• Comprehensive product knowledge of the current and previous product range

• Knowledge of the structure and functionality of heating systems

• Proficiency in IT programs

• High willingness to travel

• Class B driver's license
