This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Written Premium Volume and New Business Applications
• Accident Year Loss and ALAE Ratio (Includes IBNR)
• Agency Profitability and Growth Objectives
• Sales Techniques
• Collection of Critical Agency Data in ACT
• Sales Calls along with Strategic Call Routing and Reporting
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree
• Three years of experience in insurance or at least five years in insurance marketing/sales
• Additional experience in actuarial, underwriting, or claims is advantageous but not mandatory
• Requires a comprehensive understanding of nonstandard auto insurance, product management, and underwriting, along with a broad knowledge of the company and its operations and policies
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Preferably strong computer skills with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Cognos, and ACT
• Familiarity with AS400 is beneficial
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
