Territory Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Propel sales growth and expand market presence throughout Saskatchewan by implementing strategic territory management and engaging with customers.

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with agricultural retailers, entrepreneurs, key growers, agronomists, crop advisors, and other influential agricultural stakeholders in Saskatchewan.

• Identify and foster new retail opportunities, partnerships with ag entrepreneurs, strategic accounts, and initiatives for market expansion within the territory.

• Actively contribute to demand generation efforts, which include customer meetings, field events, product demonstrations, agronomy tours, and educational programs for growers.

• Acquire a deep understanding of Western Canadian cropping systems to effectively promote Vive's solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Business, Marketing, Plant Production, or a related field.

• Solid comprehension of Western Canadian cropping systems, including cereals, canola, pulse crops, and specialty crops.

• Experience collaborating with agricultural retailers, entrepreneurs, consultants, growers, and agricultural influencers throughout Western Canada.

• Over 7 years of experience in sales, territory management, agronomy sales, ag retail, or business development within the Canadian agriculture sector.

• Valid passport with the capability to travel across the assigned territory and occasionally throughout Western Canada, Eastern Canada, and parts of the US (travel may be up to 50%, depending on home location).
