This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage consistently with customers, accounts, and advocacy groups to establish pipelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance market visibility.
• Assist in the patient journey by working closely with Patient Access, Customer Care, and Therapy Support Specialist teams.
• Partner with the Product Development and Marketing teams to ensure a successful product launch.
• Identify and cultivate strong relationships with KOLs, titration partners, and accounts.
• Develop scalable solutions through customer engagement to meet customer needs and promote therapy adoption.
• Create and manage targeted strategic territory plans to expand business and foster long-term partnerships.
• Exhibit effective and consistent communication skills through in-person and video conferencing.
• Engage in territory business planning and forecasting through specific physician and DME targets.
• Construct and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly business plans to be presented to leadership.
• Uphold a high sense of urgency and accountability within the sales organization.
• Recognize evolving market dynamics and assess the effectiveness of sales techniques, costs, and outcomes to meet market demands.
• Conduct regular sales forecasting, market analysis, and competitor research to identify risks, opportunities, and strategies for enhancing sales performance.
• Oversee CRM administration.
• Plan, coordinate, and participate in customer education events.
• Meet territory sales objectives in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience in B2B sales, preferably within the medical device industry.
• Prior experience in a startup environment is preferred but not essential.
• Previous experience in launching new products to the market.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory; relevant work experience may substitute for a degree.
• Proficiency in all communication forms with a strong command of product and media presentations, including virtual sales meetings.
• Self-motivated individual with a proven sales record over several years.
• Results-driven, execution-focused, with responsibility for continuous improvement.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel within the territory as needed to achieve outcomes.
