
Territory Sales Manager – Distributor Opportunity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Create and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans for the territory to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in:
• Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and healthcare systems
• Hospitals and urgent care facilities
• Orthopedic practices and private clinics
• Physical therapy, occupational health, podiatry, and specialty medical centers
• Third-party wholesale distributors
• Leverage Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and payer contracts to enhance sales potential.
• Safeguard and expand current accounts while converting business from competitors.
• Cultivate and sustain strong connections with clinical and administrative decision-makers.
• Formulate and execute strategic calling plans to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Deliver product presentations, in-services, and demonstrations utilizing consultative selling methods.
• Respond to customer inquiries swiftly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Use CRM tools to oversee the sales pipeline, leads, and account activities.
• Efficiently manage territory coverage to optimize productivity.
• Exhibit responsible usage of company resources.
• Offer guidance, coaching, and sales direction to Associate Sales Representatives.
• Foster team development and encourage a collaborative, performance-oriented culture.
• Stay informed about healthcare regulations and reimbursement issues.
• Comply with company policies, compliance standards, and the code of conduct.
• Apply professional judgment in all business interactions.
• Demonstrated success in healthcare sales.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in the industry is required.
• At least 3 years of outside B2B sales experience is required.
• Experience in orthopedic sales and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is strongly preferred.
• Medical sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement and third-party payers is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• A reliable vehicle and current automobile insurance are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is necessary.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
