This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Engage in sales discussions to promote Dexcom products and services to both existing and potential customers.
• Provide education to physicians, nurses, and patients regarding the advantages and specifics of Dexcom's continuous glucose monitoring products.
• Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national diabetes conferences and exhibitions.
• Actively advocate for the company's position as a leader in the field of continuous glucose monitoring.
• Execute business strategies and tactics to meet corporate and individual goals.
• Oversee the regional budget and manage expenditures.
• Prepare reports in line with company standards.
• Utilize promotional and sales materials within the territory to enhance sales efforts.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues and internal teams to achieve or surpass company objectives.
• Native-level proficiency in Swiss German and fluent English.
• Strategic and forward-thinking work approach.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Familiarity with diabetes products and therapies is desirable, though not mandatory.
• A proven history of success in previous sales roles is advantageous.
• Capacity to identify customer needs and innovate new strategies for diabetes care.
• Ability to implement sales strategies in a complex and multifaceted environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with the capability to execute conceptual and consultative sales strategies.
• Valid driving license (category B).
• Bachelor’s degree or vocational training complemented by relevant professional experience.
• Approximately 5–8 years of relevant professional experience if pursuing the vocational training option.
• 3–5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales is desirable but not essential.
