
Territory Sales Manager – Central Jersey

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Accountable for meeting sales targets and increasing sales volume for Hoya Vision Care products within a designated territory.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience by onboarding new Eye Care Professional (ECP) accounts and expanding current business.
• Implement strategies for account prospecting and acquiring new business.
• Build customer relationships using a consultative sales methodology.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure effective customer relations and attainment of sales goals.
• Enhance customer loyalty and assist ECPs in improving their customers' experiences.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proven sales performance with 1 to 3 years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of optical products and experience in the field are beneficial for navigating the intricacies of vision care.
• Proficient in computer and presentation tools (Microsoft Suite).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, valid auto insurance, and have access to a vehicle.
• Ability to frequently operate a vehicle for extended periods to travel throughout the territory, up to 90% of the time.
• Must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Hoya’s MVR policy, as driving is a critical function of the role.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and occasionally travel out of the area, including overnight trips.
• Candidates must reside within the Territory to be eligible for this position.
