This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identifying and pursuing potential clients via various methods including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conducting market analysis to uncover new opportunities and broaden the customer base.
• Showcasing products and services to prospective clients through compelling demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Negotiating sales agreements, pricing, and contracts with clients to finalize deals.
• Closing sales and achieving targets by understanding client needs and tackling concerns effectively.
• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Delivering outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Keeping precise records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
• Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products or services while effectively addressing customer requirements.
• Meeting or surpassing sales targets, quotas, and objectives set by the sales manager or company leadership.
• Continuously enhancing sales techniques, product knowledge, and interpersonal skills through training and self-improvement efforts.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations in all sales activities.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 3-6 years of sales experience, ideally within a similar industry or with comparable products or services (mandatory).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas (mandatory).
• Exceptional persuasive interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential and existing clients.
• Customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on delivering outstanding customer service and fostering long-term relationships.
• Resilience in dealing with rejection and setbacks while maintaining a positive outlook and determined approach to achieving goals.
• Strong organizational abilities to efficiently manage leads, follow-ups, and sales appointments.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking systems to maintain and update client information.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
