This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.
• Achieve or surpass revenue, retention, and referral targets.
• Oversee the Sales Pipeline and Forecasting processes.
• Optimize the use of various sales enablement systems, tools, and analytics.
• Ensure dealer expectations are consistently surpassed.
• Strengthen relationships with multiple decision-makers at dealer clients to enhance revenue and reduce cancellations.
• Assist sales partners from different business units in identifying, designing, and proposing solutions to fulfill dealer goals.
• Advocate for assigned dealers throughout the implementation and onboarding of solutions.
• Address and direct customer concerns to the appropriate contact or business unit.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 6 years of experience in a related field.
• The ideal candidate may also possess a different combination of qualifications, such as a master’s degree with 4 years of experience; a Ph.D. with 1 year of experience; or 10 years of experience in a related area.
• Valid driver’s license is necessary; safe driving record is required.
• Preferred experience includes the automotive industry or advertising media.
• Background in a field-based work environment is advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience with social media, digital advertising, and online platforms.
• Proven proficiency and expertise in various technologies, including CRMs and Analytic Tools.
