This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Build and foster relationships with new End-users and key decision-makers, while also maintaining and enhancing connections with existing End-user clients.
• Oversee all stages of the sales process, from introducing the company and its products to finalizing agreements for purchasing and implementing Ergodyne product solutions.
• Emphasize the placement of new products with End-users.
• Assess outcomes and ROI for customers to ensure solutions align with their expectations.
• Achieve or surpass the Annual Sales Plan targets.
• Control expenses within the allocated budget.
• Exhibit strong territory management capabilities, with the ability to network, generate leads, develop sales strategies, and manage results effectively.
• Implement sales plans and strategies to reach potential End-user customers in the designated territory.
• Oversee your distribution partnerships and coordinate efforts with independent manufacturers’ representatives to support activities in the territory.
• Showcase robust selling abilities: prospect and qualify leads, identify the needs of End-user customers, translate risk assessments into benefits, deliver impactful solutions/demos, and negotiate and close sales collaboratively with distribution.
• Gather and communicate competitive intelligence to the Product Management Team.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of Field Selling experience with proficiency in Office Systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience with CRM Systems is preferred.
• QSSP Certification is preferred.
