This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Drive the sales and promotion of Lilly products within a designated territory.
• Engage with dermatologists and allergists.
• Achieve aligned sales performance through effective interactions with targeted customers.
• Carry out necessary responsibilities in the assigned territory as per expectations.
• Promote aligned products as part of the Immunology sales team.
• Comply with internal policies, procedures, and the PhRMA code.
• Meet or exceed account/call activity and time-in-territory expectations.
• Select and implement HQ-approved educational programs and resources across target accounts and stakeholders.
• Navigate payers, health systems, and business drivers to gain access and enhance patient impact.
• Analyze sales data and suggest actions to maximize opportunities in line with brand strategy.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of disease states, products, the marketplace, and key competitors.
• Create customer value, demand, and brand advocacy.
• Build and sustain relationships with account decision-makers to execute business unit/brand strategy.
• Utilize marketing and sales materials with physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel.
• Plan and organize activities for consistent territory coverage.
• Participate in training and development programs while adhering to industry and corporate policies.
• BA/BS Degree required.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Proven history of sales success documented through a track record.
• Experience in navigating complex accounts within integrated health systems.
• Familiarity with or thorough understanding of the specialty pharmacy distribution model.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed, including overnight and/or weekend trips.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Residency in the territory is required.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
• Complete all company- and job-related training as assigned within required timelines.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English/Spanish) may be necessary based on the assigned territory and customer needs.
• Ability to provide a secure and temperature-controlled environment for product samples may be needed.
