This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee incoming inquiries from potential installer and distribution partners—engaging leads, assessing compatibility, and guiding them through initial sales discussions, utilizing your strong persuasive and influential abilities.
• Present clear, customized pitches that emphasize the value of SPAN’s products and the advantages of its programs, tailoring your conversations according to the customer's needs and business opportunities.
• Conduct onboarding and activation calls for newly authorized partners, leveraging your excellent communication skills and business insight.
• Assist current installer and distribution partners in enhancing their engagement and boosting their SPAN sales volume.
• Participate in significant market visits (~8-15 days/month) to support field events, trade shows, training sessions, sales calls, partner ride-alongs, or site visits.
• Utilize Salesforce to monitor engagement, funnel conversion, and activation status within your territory.
• Regularly evaluate pipeline and territory-level metrics to pinpoint leading opportunities and obstacles, applying strategic analysis and strong business insight.
• Maintain accurate and organized CRM data and contribute to team-level forecasting, demonstrating excellent planning and prioritization skills.
• Assess ongoing performance and leverage sales data to make necessary adjustments.
• Create territory and channel business plans, working closely with leadership to align on strategic objectives and local priorities that drive increased demand for SPAN products.
• Contribute to team enablement initiatives—sharing insights, identifying challenges, and promoting continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory turnover in the market to ensure success of the territory business plan.
• Collaborate with Channel Program Leads to leverage expertise and enhance the sales impact of channel programs.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account development, product management, sales engineering, or sales operations.
• Strong analytical skills: Proficient in analytical software tools (e.g., Google Sheets), capable of filtering and analyzing Salesforce reports, and utilizing insights to prioritize activities and formulate business plans.
• Proven ability to prioritize and plan in a complex and dynamic sales environment.
• Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and possess a high learning agility for new sales technologies.
• Must reside in the territory to facilitate in-market events and activities.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
