This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquiring new clients and surpassing your yearly sales objectives.
• Developing and overseeing a robust sales pipeline with precise forecasting in Salesforce.
• Managing the complete sales process - from generating leads to finalizing deals - within your assigned territory.
• Enhancing the visibility of Labman products while representing the company at significant industry events.
• Cultivating strategic customer relationships and showcasing our products to potential clients.
• Collaborating closely with our product, application, and engineering teams to establish a vital internal network at Labman.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in territory or account sales with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Technical sales experience in life sciences, engineering, or product development.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, particularly in technical discussions.
• A strategic, proactive, and pragmatic approach to lead generation and navigating complex sales cycles.
• A collaborative attitude and the capacity to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• A full clean driving license and a willingness to travel over 50% within your territory.
