This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identifying and targeting potential customers through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Conducting market analysis to uncover new opportunities and broaden the customer base.

• Demonstrating products and services to prospective clients through impactful presentations and sales pitches.

• Negotiating sales agreements, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure advantageous deals.

• Closing sales and achieving targets by understanding customer needs and addressing their concerns.

• Cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.

• Delivering outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Keeping precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions within CRM software.

• Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to ensure the seamless delivery of products or services while effectively meeting customer needs.

• Achieving or surpassing sales targets, quotas, and objectives established by the sales manager or company leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 3-6 years of experience in sales, preferably within a similar industry or with comparable products or services (required).

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas (required).

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to persuasively communicate with both potential and existing clients.

• Customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on delivering extraordinary customer service and developing long-term relationships.

• Strong organizational abilities to efficiently manage leads, follow-ups, and sales appointments.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking systems for managing and updating customer information.

• Capacity to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to effectively meet customer needs.
