This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identifying and engaging potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conducting market analysis to uncover new opportunities and broaden the customer base.
• Showcasing products and services to prospective clients via persuasive demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Negotiating sales agreements, pricing, and contract terms with customers to secure favorable deals.
• Closing sales and meeting targets by comprehending customer needs and addressing any concerns.
• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with current clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Delivering outstanding customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
• Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to guarantee the seamless delivery of products or services and effectively meet customer needs.
• Achieving or surpassing sales targets, quotas, and objectives set by the sales manager or company leadership.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-6 years of experience in sales, ideally in a similar industry or with comparable products or services (required).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas (required).
• Exceptional persuasive interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with both potential and existing clients.
• Customer-focused mindset emphasizing the delivery of exceptional service and the cultivation of long-term relationships.
• Strong organizational skills for efficiently managing leads, follow-ups, and sales appointments.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking systems for managing and updating customer information.
• Ability to work cooperatively with the sales team and other departments to effectively fulfill customer needs.
