Field Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engaging in active sales of solutions within the product range of electronically controlled screwdriving systems, which includes both hardware and software solutions for quality assurance.

• Managing the sales territory independently and with a focus on achieving goals.

• Building, nurturing, and expanding customer relationships.

• Collaborating with inside sales for the technical development of solutions.

• Presenting proposals with a strong emphasis on delivering customer value.

• Conducting technical product demonstrations independently.

• Working remotely from home.

• Overseeing the sales territory that includes postal codes 95, 96, 98, and parts of 90, 91, 92, and 97.

• Completed vocational training in a technical or commercial field, or an equivalent degree.

• A strong affinity for sales and some practical experience in industrial manufacturing processes.

• An interest in developing technical solutions while taking into account the necessary commercial viability.

• A customer-focused approach to work.

• An independent, goal-oriented, and structured working style.

• A high level of commitment to tasks.

• Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.

• Proficient in the German language.

• Residing in the greater Bamberg area.
