This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the expansion of agency partnerships and sales performance.
• Cultivate relationships with agents through face-to-face interactions, virtual meetings, phone calls, and emails.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on GEICO and its affiliated products.
• Convert national strategic objectives into local targets to enhance agent involvement.
• Provide training to agency personnel on GEICO offerings and their value proposition.
• Evaluate agent performance against established goals, procedures, and guidelines.
• Identify, interview, and approve new agency appointments.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Capacity to follow complex instructions and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Adherence to GEICO’s driving standards and/or policies.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• A bachelor’s degree or 5 years of sales or relevant insurance experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in driving sales results and working across various lines of insurance.
