This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Take ownership and expand a provider referral territory in your local area.
• Dedicate 5 days a week to meeting healthcare providers and clinic staff within a driving range of approximately 1 hour.
• Cultivate relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators.
• Identify new offices and establish referral partnerships from the ground up.
• Increase referral volume within existing accounts through effective relationship management, consistent follow-up, and strategic territory planning.
• Position yourself as a trusted resource for providers by educating them about Nourish and how nutrition care can positively influence patient outcomes.
• Strive to achieve monthly referral goals and performance benchmarks.
• Manage your territory as if it were your own business, balancing new business development with the growth of long-term accounts.
• Monitor activity, pipeline, and account performance using Salesforce.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and team members to share insights, enhance processes, and contribute to the organization's growth.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, healthcare, hospitality, recruiting, athletics, or other high-performance settings.
• A proven track record of meeting goals, excelling in competition, or exceeding expectations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A strong sense of coachability, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
• Comfort with working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to spend the majority of your week in the field.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple relationships and priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Previous healthcare sales experience is beneficial but not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates who are at the early stages of their careers and are enthusiastic about advancing in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.
