This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Foster retention and expansion of the existing installed base within designated Belgian hospital accounts through organized and proactive account management.
• Take ownership of and implement account strategies aimed at enhancing utilization, facilitating G7 migration, and cultivating long-term customer loyalty.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with both clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Implement national and regional commercial strategies within the specified frameworks.
• Assist in tender execution from a field perspective by maintaining customer relationships and ensuring effective follow-through post-outcome.
• Guarantee consistent and compliant application of approved contracting, pricing, and digital invoicing setups at the account level.
• Maintain high-quality CRM account planning, forecasting, and tracking of activities.
• A minimum of 5 years of field sales experience within the diabetes care sector.
• Proven track record of growing and retaining an existing hospital base through systematic account management.
• Skilled in segmenting and targeting key accounts, driving sales through cold outreach and relationship cultivation.
• Results-oriented with a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry and diabetes care solutions.
• Proficient in using CRM systems for precise tracking of sales activities.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively presenting, negotiating, and confidently closing sales with healthcare professionals.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
