• Drive sustainable growth by enhancing the adoption of Cepheid across hospitals, laboratories, and various testing settings.
• Cultivate lasting partnerships with clinical, operational, and procurement stakeholders to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial discovery and value presentation to proposal, tender execution, negotiation, and finalizing deals.
• Support distributor sales teams through collaborative customer visits, account strategizing, and opportunity advancement.
• Utilize the Danaher Business System (DBS) to foster continuous improvement and uncover new growth avenues.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical or Laboratory disciplines, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated field sales experience in molecular diagnostics, medical devices, laboratory solutions, or complex B2B healthcare settings.
• Comprehensive and demonstrable understanding of PCR-based technologies and molecular diagnostic processes.
• Proven track record in managing consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and high-value purchasing decisions.
• Strong capabilities in territory planning, account management, and business development with a systematic, data-driven approach.
• Regular use of CRM systems for managing opportunities, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Proficiency in English; additional local languages pertinent to the Eastern Europe region are a significant asset.
