• Meeting sales targets as outlined in the plan and managing payment arrangements.
• Engaging in new product development alongside the NPD team.
• Addressing complaints in collaboration with the technical team to uphold quality standards.
• Conducting trials for new products.
• Keeping track of competitor activities.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree (MBA is preferred).
