• Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives along with pipeline growth targets.
• Develop both short-term and long-term strategies for territory growth and monitor implementation using CRM and other tools.
• Partner with marketing to carry out lead generation and customer retention events.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of Alpha’s products to assist customers in their decision-making process, including demonstrations supported by Application Engineering.
• Keep an eye on market trends to discover new accounts and opportunities.
• Aid in the implementation of global key account strategies at customer locations within the designated territory.
• Assess and provide reports on the performance of sales agents/distributors and their commission structures.
• Deliver precise and timely sales forecasts for the territory reflecting anticipated business outcomes.
• Ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries, including sales quotes and product questions.
• A bachelor's degree is required; a technical degree is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English at a business level is required.
• Proficiency in Spanish at a business level is preferred.
• Familiarity with the polymer and rubber markets is preferred.
• Experience in selling highly technical capital equipment is essential.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales and account management experience is required.
• Experience in selling software solutions is an advantage.
• International sales experience is a bonus.
• Strong presentation and communication skills are essential.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities are necessary.
• Must be action-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
