This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Strategize, organize, sustain, enhance, and expand a profitable and volume-driven base of around 50 target and core dealers.
• Identify and onboard Dealers within the designated territory.
• Generate sales by actively engaging with both existing and prospective customers regarding new product launches, services, supplies, pricing, programs, and discounts.
• Sustain and enhance sales revenue and gross margin.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and their teams to boost sales within the assigned branches in the territory.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the HVAC industry.
• Strong sales capabilities with the capacity to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internal systems like CRM, expense reporting, etc.
• Robust relationship-building and customer service skills, with the ability to create new business through effective negotiation and execution of a sales plan.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• High level of focus and attention to detail.
• Capability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings/plans.
• Familiarity with HVAC products, services, customer needs, and market trends.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
