This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive the execution of Celsius's "perfect store" initiative by enhancing SKU distribution, shelf space, displays, and promotional activities.
• Implement brand strategy across retail outlets within the designated territory.
• Perform account audits, identify opportunities, and provide insights using the CRM application.
• Collaborate with distributor partners through route rides, blitzes, and important account calls.
• Support regional sales initiatives as directed by the District or Regional Sales Manager.
• Engage in weekly sales calls to assess performance and set objectives.
• Meet and report on daily, weekly, and quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in consumer goods sales, ideally in the beverage, distributor sales, or related sectors.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Possession of a valid U.S. Driver’s License and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
• Strong business acumen accompanied by an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions with customers.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of delivering presentations and engaging with large groups of peers.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and field sales reporting systems.
