This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Achieve or surpass the quarterly sales targets for the designated area.
• Develop and maintain a monthly and quarterly territory plan that outlines sales objectives and identifies areas of vulnerability.
• Deliver monthly sales forecasts for the specified area.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of Calyxo products to customers.
• Qualify, train, evaluate, and nurture accounts to integrate Calyxo products into their kidney stone practices, aiming for robust account adoption.
• Report on current market conditions and suggest enhancements to the commercial process.
• Collaborate with Professional Education to provide exceptional clinical and training support, ensuring physicians become clinically independent swiftly.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key customers and KOLs within the assigned region.
• Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager, Sales team, and Marketing team to pinpoint and prioritize customers for enhanced corporate relationships.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service team to fulfill and exceed customer expectations.
• Coordinate with the Regional Sales Manager and Finance team to guarantee that all required sales reporting forms are completed and submitted punctually.
• Assist in resolving product complaints and safety issues.
• Actively support organizational goals, policies, procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and FDA regulations, ensuring compliance with Calyxo’s Customer Relationship and Sunshine Act policies.
• Maintain a professional and credible demeanor with key physicians, consultants, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Obtain and maintain credentials (via RepTrax, Vendormate, etc.) to access and operate in hospitals and other medical facilities as mandated by facility requirements.
• Manage travel and expenses within the approved budget.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in outside sales or sales management; medical device experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals compared to sales plans.
• Skilled in navigating and expediting hospital and ASC product approval processes.
• Operating room experience is mandatory.
• Comprehensive knowledge of urology and urology products, along with strong relationships with local urologists, is highly desired.
• Successful history of launching new and disruptive technologies and adeptness in complex reimbursement environments.
• Familiarity with the treatment algorithm for kidney stone patients is preferred.
• Compliance with applicable county, state, and federal vaccination regulations is required.
• A base salary of $120,000 with an additional variable compensation of $140,000 annualized.
