This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Take charge of and expand a designated territory by fostering robust relationships with key decision-makers.
• Assess customer requirements and provide customized fluid power solutions that enhance customer value.
• Engage in regular customer visits, prospecting efforts, and technical sales conversations.
• Offer consultative solutions by utilizing WIT’s expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, and engineered systems.
• Create and present customer proposals, presentations, and solution recommendations.
• Work in partnership with internal teams to ensure the delivery of appropriate solutions.
• Sustain an active pipeline of opportunities using a CRM platform.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
• Fluid Power certification is advantageous.
• Over 5 years of experience in industrial sales, ideally within hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Strong foundation in solution-based or consultative selling.
• Proven experience in crafting sales proposals, presentations, and account plans.
• Capability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with industrial automation, mechanical systems, electrical controls, or PLCs is beneficial.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Self-driven, organized, and adept at thriving in a customer-facing sales role.
