This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Act as the Clinical Specialist for the TEG product line, promoting usage and expansion of the TEG offerings among customers.
• Assist in the ongoing sales process by providing clinical education and continuous case support.
• Drive sales growth within current accounts while also supporting new accounts with a focus on expansion.
• Manage the territory assigned to the existing TEG customer base.
• Ensure that customers can effectively operate TEG equipment, software, and disposables.
• Conduct training for both new and existing customers on all product and clinical aspects related to the TEG line.
• Offer clinical expertise to guarantee that the TEG product line meets the standard of care requirements.
• Visit designated hospital accounts to identify and train clinical champions, fostering relationships with key decision-makers.
• Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science in Nursing (RN) or a related clinical field of study (Required).
• Master's degree in Arts or Science or Business Administration (Preferred).
• Over 3 years of experience in the industry or a clinically related field, ideally within complex medical devices and/or critical care settings.
• Preference for candidates with experience operating the TEG® Analyzer, understanding the application of results, and manipulating the software.
